General information

We process personal data only as required, for specific purposes and in line with data minimisation. Data is processed on servers in Switzerland or the EU.

Hosting & log files

When our website is accessed, the server automatically stores access data such as IP address, date, time, browser and referrer. These log files support operational security and are usually deleted after 14 days.

Contact & forms

Information submitted via contact forms is used only to process the request. No data is passed on to third parties.

Cookies & tracking

We use only technically necessary cookies and, where indicated, optional analytics or marketing cookies. You can delete or block cookies in your browser at any time.

Analytics

If web analytics such as Matomo or Google Analytics is enabled, IP addresses are processed in shortened form. You can prevent participation via browser settings or provided opt-out links where available.

Processor agreements

Where service providers such as hosting, newsletter or payment providers are used, data processing agreements are in place under Art. 28 GDPR or Art. 9 Swiss FADP.

Storage period

We delete personal data once the purpose no longer applies and no legal retention obligations prevent deletion. Email enquiries are usually deleted after completion.

Rights of data subjects
