Case study · Hospitality SaaS

NiceMenu

Working with restaurants led to a product that connects the most important daily processes: menu editor, daily and weekly menus, marketing calendar, reservation manager and productivity reporting in one system.

NiceMenu – restaurant suite by Webjungle

NiceMenu combines a clear web app interface with practical restaurant workflows: update prices faster, plan offers, structure reservations and make decisions with numbers.

NiceMenu is Webjungle's own restaurant suite tool. It was developed for hospitality clients so digital support does not stop at the website, but also improves menu maintenance, reservations, marketing and operational workflows.

Project in brief

Many hospitality projects start with a website. In daily operations, however, the bottlenecks often come afterwards: menus are maintained in several places, weekly offers are created manually, reservations end up scattered and marketing campaigns are not prepared cleanly.

NiceMenu extends Webjungle support with its own toolset for restaurants. A shared data base helps manage menus, prices, margins, active offers, campaigns and reservations in a more structured way.

This means web design is not treated as an isolated launch, but as part of a digital operating structure. The website brings guests in; the suite helps the business work with them faster and more consistently.

  • Menu editorMaintain menus, categories, prices, cost of goods and margins in one place instead of keeping PDF, website and internal lists updated separately.
  • Daily & weekly menuCurrent offers and changing menus can be prepared as structured content and updated faster.
  • Marketing calendarCampaigns, promotions and seasonal content become easier to plan, so restaurant communication is not created at the last moment.
  • Reservation managerReservations are treated as an operational process, not just as a form on a website.
  • ProductivityReporting and metrics help manage offers, occupancy and work steps more deliberately.

Product & strategy

From website project to operating tool

NiceMenu shows how Webjungle supports hospitality clients beyond launch: the website remains the visible presence, the suite supports the processes behind it.

  • Product logic derived from real restaurant requirements.
  • Shared data base instead of isolated individual tools.
  • Demo area for testing without account and without risk.

UX & daily work

Update faster, decide more clearly

The interface is designed for recurring work: change prices, check margins, prepare offers and keep guest information consistent.

  • Clear navigation between menu, marketing, reservations and productivity.
  • Multi-location capability considered in the product positioning.
  • Frontend, login and registration flow designed for a low entry barrier.

Operations & marketing

Process optimisation as part of support

For restaurants, it is not only about how the website looks. What matters is whether content is updated faster, campaigns are planned better and workflows become more reliable.

  • Menu maintenance and marketing brought closer together.
  • Reservations and productivity data designed as part of the same suite.
  • Foundation created for later automation, reporting and campaign modules.
